It isn’t a stretch to say that Scott Davey and Lizzie Kommes were one of the most toxic couples of the franchise. And, considering the amount of shady people that have been cast over the years, that’s definitely saying something.
When Lizzie was still in prison, she was an addict. And, she had a roster of lonely men that would regularly give her money. And, even though Scott Davey believed he was the one for Lizzie, it turned out, he was one of many.

Suffice it to say, it was a shock to no one when Scott Davey and Lizzie Kommes finally went their separate ways. Sadly for Scott, he turned back to drugs, and his life spiraled out of control – ultimately leading to his shocking death.
As for Lizzie Kommes, she continued to focus on herself. In addition, she spent time with her daughter to make up for the time she lost when she was on the inside. And, naturally, with such a complicated past full of criminal activity, many Love After Lockup fans figured it would only be a matter of time before Lizzie found herself in trouble again.

Years have passed since Lizzie Kommes first filmed Love After Lockup scenes with Scott Davey. And, as that is the case, many viewers are curious about how she is doing in 2023 – as well as what she is up to.
It turns out, the WEtv celeb recently shared a collage comparing how she was in 2019 to today. And, just based on the visual alone, she has certainly come a long way since first getting out of prison.
According to Lizzie, her faith seems to have kept her on the straight and narrow in more ways than one. And, considering what she came from, it’s a major improvement. The Love After Lockup celeb said that “God can change anybody”, adding that she is “living proof” of that.
In many ways, Lizzie seems to be living her best life. And, on top of that, many viewers agree that she has a “glow” about her that she most definitely didn’t have before. So, through it all, she certainly seems to have come out on the other side a much better person.
