TLC has produced some memorable 90 Day Fiance franchise villains over the years. From Anfisa Arkhipchenko to Big Ed and more, there has been no shortage of franchise tricksters and schemers. But, did newcomer Christian just cement his status as the worst of them all?
90 Day Fiance: Christian & Cleo Struggled to Find Common Ground
As seasoned 90 Day Fiance viewers are aware, relationships don’t always end when things don’t go according to plan. In fact, many situations that started out poorly turned out to be successful in the end, and many of these relationships are still going strong today.
Cleo and Christian, on the other hand, perhaps had the most awkward of all awkward starts when they eventually got to spend time together in person. There have already been a few difficult moments for them in the new season, as viewers have seen.
And, as their scenes progressed in 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Season 6, things went from bad to worse for these two.
From Bad to Worse: Christian Lied About Intimacy with Cleo
Fans of 90 Day Fiance noticed that Cleo and Christian’s relationship was contentious when it came to intimacy. Furthermore, as can be seen in scenes, the fact that Christian had never been with a trans woman before was a big cause of discomfort for the two. And, that elephant in the room was clearly getting between them and the connection they were trying to build.
But, the real surprise came once the 90 Day Fiance couple actually carried out the deed. Christian stated that he and Cleo just reached second base and didn’t go all the way, despite the fact that Cleo was honest about ultimately becoming intimate with Christian.
Moreover, Christian’s decision to keep those specifics a secret infuriated Cleo. She believed that Christian chose to conceal things because he was embarrassed of her. And, as 90 Day Fiance fans saw, that led to a big fight between the pair as trust was clearly broken.
Did Christian Cement His Villain Status in Recent Scenes?
With things still tense between Christian and Cleo in Before the 90 Days Season 6 scenes, Christian took things from bad to worse with his latest on-air blunder. As things were still on thin ice between Christian and Cleo, the American man decided it was a good idea to invite a random American woman he met at a bar back to Cleo’s apartment for Thanksgiving dinner.
And, in addition to exchanging contact information with this mystery American woman, Christian invited her over knowing that Cleo isn’t as comfortable with meeting strangers because she is on the spectrum. So, not only did Christian put Cleo on the spot during a tense moment in their relationship, but, he did so nonchalantly and awkwardly to boot.
90 Day Fiance Fans Roast Christian & Let Him Have it
After essentially blindsiding Cleo as the pair were supposedly trying to patch things up in their relationship, 90 Day Fiance fans went in on Christian and what a bone-headed move it was to do what he did.
One viewer said that there’s something “really off” about Christian. And, another went on to say that all he wanted was a “vacation” and to “be on the show”. And, without mincing words, another commenter added that Cleo would be much better off if she decided to “walk away” from this situation altogether.
After seeing this epic blunder on national television, many 90 Day Fiance fans agree that there’s no coming back from this for Christian. Meanwhile, even though Cleo has had her share of detractors as well, the consensus is more or less unanimous that she doesn’t deserve to be subjected to this level of juvenile buffoonery.
