As 7 Little Johnstons fans know, Jonah Johnston hasn’t been shy when it comes to talking about his depression and anxiety. And, he has had to grow up under the bright lights, with TLC cameras filming his every move.
Indeed, 7 Little Johnstons fans have also criticized Trent and Amber for their tough love at times. And as far as Jonah is concerned, he has had a lot to contend with. And as a young adult in his early 20s, he has already dealt with quite a lot.
Jonah’s Drug Scare Was a Huge Wake-Up Call
Of course, as 7 Little Johnstons fans know, Jonah’s anxiety and depression got bad enough that he turned to alternative substances to cope. And, in Jonah’s case, that led to a bad trip while experimenting with Delta 8.
Meanwhile, the trip he had on the substance was bad enough that he reached out to his parents for help. And they, in turn, advised him to come back home under their roof and watchful eyes.
Of course, it’s never a good feeling as an adult to have to come back to your parents’ house. But in Jonah’s case, it was certainly what he needed to fix his mistakes and get his feet back under him.

With another season of 7 Little Johnstons in the books, many viewers wonder what Jonah is up to – as well as how he is keeping himself busy these days. And from the looks of it, he has really turned things around.
Jonah Johnston is now formally certified in F&I. Jonah held up his certification for a photo after meeting the requirements back in March. And, the TLC celeb was also appropriately dressed for the occasion, looking dapper in a sharp suit.
It turns out, you can work as a F&I manager in the finance sector once you receive your F&I certification. And, with this certification in tow, Jonah appears to be one step closer to realizing his financial goals and one step further along a new professional path.
TLC Celeb Making Time for Fun Too
Based on the latest updates from Jonah Johnston, it seems the burdens are off of his shoulders in more ways than one. Indeed, Jonah is spending a lot more time with his siblings, and he seems to be in much better spirits these days.
In addition to the recent family trip to Austin, Texas, Jonah Johnston has even found the time to take part in barbecue competitions. So, after everything he has been through, he has certainly found his way back to living a well-rounded life – and, his many 7 Little Johnstons fans are glad to see it.
