Since Syngin and Tania’s breakup, it has become party central for the South African man. And the fact that he met a new woman who actively supports his partying habits started what many see as a vicious cycle.

Many 90 Day Fiance viewers have noted Syngin Colchester’s weight gain since arriving in America. And many make fun of the fact that he gained weight because of the fast food and alcohol-heavy American diet.
Many people concur that Syngin boozing and binge eating unchecked is the worst thing for him because Tania isn’t there to keep him in check these days. In fact, things recently got bad enough for him that he pleaded with customers to purchase him alcohol at a convenience store in Utah. Many observers have been wondering if anything would happen to make him change his ways, given the way he has been acting.
Luckily, based on the most recent developments, Syngin finally got the fire in his belly to change his habits for the better – and the results are starting to show in a big way.

From the looks of it, at least for now, Syngin Colchester got all the partying and boozing out of his system. And, not only that, he is prepared to ditch America for Asia – more specifically, Thailand.
And because of this, he wants to make sure he is in shape to be able to do things like hiking and exploring. Meanwhile, following the first month of Syngin’s new weight loss regimen, he recently shared his progress with his 90 Day Fiance fans.
It turns out, after one month on his new program, Syngin is down 16.5 pounds. And on top of that, he shared the usual underwear selfie. And from the looks of it, you can definitely see a difference in his physique.
In addition, he shared the tickets he booked for Thailand as well. So, he will officially be leaving for the Asian country with his girlfriend on July 5. And, in addition to all the new adventures in store, Syngin no longer has his beer belly to slow him down.
