As 90 Day Fiance fans saw in recent The Other Way scenes, Jen Boecher saw an immigration lawyer to clear up some of the mystery surrounding her visa – and her ability to stay in India with Rishi Singh.
But, as Jen soon found out after she consulted the lawyer, there were issues to overcome – especially if she wanted to stay in the foreign country long-term.

Jen Boecher believed that her four-month tourist visa would allow her to remain in India long-term if she left the country every 30 days. But, a lawyer recently burst that bubble in 90 Day Fiance scenes.
The reality is that Jen’s visa only permitted her for a single entry – meaning that she would have to apply for a tourist visa if she flew out of the country. Naturally, this wasn’t good news for Jen – as she feared that visa issues would keep her from being with Rishi Singh.
Are 90 Day Fiance Pair Still Together in India?
90 Day Fiance fans saw the struggle Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh had to go through in order to get her to stay in India for the long haul.
And, with Jen Boecher flying back to America in recent episodes – along with her visa issues – many fans wonder if the American woman was able to get back to Rishi. And, this is especially true because Rishi proposed to Jen right before she left to get on a plane back to America.
Luckily for fans rooting for this pair, recent updates on social media suggest that Jen Boecher is, in fact, back in India with her man. For one, Jen and Rishi got glammed up to attend a wedding.
In addition, Jen Boecher shared an update on social media celebrating Holi – a sacred holiday that many states in India observe. And in a March update on social media, along with dressing for the occasion in festive garb, Jen also tagged her location as Jaipur, Rajasthan.
So, if nothing else, it’s clear Jen’s visa issues didn’t keep her away from India – or Rishi Singh – for long.
