With all the drama surrounding Molly Hopkins and Cynthia Decker, many viewers still hold out hope that the pair can one day reconcile. But based on Molly’s latest actions, they may be the final nail in the reconciliation coffin. So what’s the latest?
90 Day Fiance Drama Between Molly Hopkins & Cynthia Decker Gets Ugly
To put it bluntly, the off-camera drama going on between Molly Hopkins, Olivia, Kelly Brown, and Cynthia Decker is juicier than any storyline Molly ever filmed for 90 Day Fiance. And things have only gotten worse as the former besties turned into enemies.
On top of that, there has been ongoing drama between Molly and her ex, Kelly Brown. And as 90 Day Fiance fans keeping up with this story know, Molly’s daughter, Olivia, appears to be at the center of it all, as she seems to keep stirring the pot.
Indeed, over the last few weeks, tea has been spilling on the regular. And even though 90 Day Fiance fans don’t know exactly what happened to set all of this in motion, there’s no denying that things get uglier by the day.
Claws Come Out as Molly Goes After Cynthia
Meanwhile, just when some 90 Day Fiance fans may have gotten the idea that the drama would die down, Molly recently added more powder kegs to the pile as she went after her former bestie in a brutal way.
It turns out, Molly Hopkins is suing Cynthia Decker. According to details of the suit obtained by InTouch, Molly is asking for a “declaration” from Cynthia that she is still a member of the business that the pair founded in 2006 – LiviRae Lingerie. Additionally, in the suit filed on January 20, 2023, as part of the declaration, Molly wants to ensure that Cynthia’s new business venture “cannot compete” with LiviRae.
But, that’s not all that’s going down in this latest added bit of 90 Day Fiance drama from the former BFFs. Molly Hopkins is also suing Cynthia Decker on the grounds that Cynthia is in “violation” of their operating agreement.
The lawsuit also alleges that, in addition to starting a competing business, Cynthia took “client information” and continued to “harass” employees. In addition, Molly’s general attitude seems to be that Cynthia rode her coattails and did nothing for the business – a notion that Cynthia vehemently denies.
Cynthia maintains that she “worked very hard” building LiviRae. And understandably, the picture Molly is trying to paint of Cynthia being nothing more than a sidekick doesn’t sit well with her.
In addition, Molly is also asking for a restraining order, attorney fees, damages, and anything else the court may see fit to grant. And if nothing else, Molly legally going after Cynthia seems to put the kibosh on any hope that these two women could, at some point, reconcile.
Vast Majority of 90 Day Fiance Fans Are Team Cynthia
With all of the back-and-forth mud-slinging – and now this latest legal battle – the vast majority of 90 Day Fiance fans feel for Cynthia and everything she has had to deal with as all of this has gone down.
Meanwhile, even though viewers may never know exactly what went down to terminate their friendship and lead things down this path, many 90 Day Fiance fans are rallying around Cynthia, as Molly and Olivia are seen as the problem in everything that has happened over the last few months.
If nothing else, it’ll be interesting to see what happens next as the friends-turned-enemies are embroiled in this legal battle, in addition to everything else that has gone down. And from the looks of it, the dust on this won’t settle anytime soon.
