Love them or hate them, Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi are one of the most memorable and iconic couples in franchise history. And over the last few years, they’ve given 90 Day Fiance fans memorable scenes to watch and rewatch.
Even so, there was no ignoring the fact that this 90 Day Fiance relationship had a lot of problems. And even after making things official and eventually tying the knot, many of those same issues – like trust – persisted. And with it confirmed that Michael cheated on his wife, it’s clear Angela Deem had good reason to be suspicious after all.
TLC Pair Split Confirmed?
With the recent Happily Ever After Tell-All airing, things didn’t look good for Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi. In fact, the writing was clearly on the wall, and it looked like Michael cheating was the final straw to break the Marlboro camel’s back.
At the Tell-All, Angela Deem talked openly about calling it quits with Michael Ilesanmi and ending things for good. And because the 90 Day Fiance Tell-All films way ahead of when it airs, viewers have been curious to know about Angela and Michael’s current status.
90 Day Fiance Marriage Over!
According to the latest reports from InTouch, a source recently confirmed that the estranged pair are currently “not together”. Indeed, this revelation comes after three years of marriage, and even longer as a relationship.
Angela Deem said previously that she was “mentally exhausted” and “very hurt” by Michael Ilesanmi’s indiscretions. And from the looks of it, this was finally enough to put the kibosh on things for good.
Indeed, when and if Michael Ilesanmi would come to America has been a hot topic for years. And, unless he finds a new sponsor, that’s clearly not happening with Angela. Meanwhile, even though many fans call for Angela to be removed from TLC programming, there’s no denying the fact that she was right about Michael and his cheating ways all along.
Of course, with the way Angela Deem berated and abused Michael, some fans don’t blame him for what he did. And if nothing else, even though cheating is never the right answer, fans can empathize with Michael to a degree.
Interestingly, even though many 90 Day Fiance fans thought it was ridiculous that Angela didn’t like Michael having social media, and that she would always give him the third degree whenever he would hang out in public, particularly if there were other women present, it turns out, Angela was right all along. And if nothing else, it’ll be interesting to see what happens next – especially now that the split is official.
