Rebecca & Zied Have Come a Long Way Since TLC Debut
90 Day Fiance fans first met Zied Hakimi and Rebecca Parrott on Season 3 of Before the 90 Days. Indeed, many fans will never forget when Zied showed up at the airport with a filtered photo of Rebecca’s face on his shirt.
But, like with many 90 Day Fiance couples, reality soon hit in a big way for these two. And in addition to having to deal with cultural differences and their large age gap, the process of getting Zied to America wasn’t an easy one.
So, when marital issues started popping up for the pair, it wasn’t a huge surprise for 90 Day Fiance fans. And not too long ago, it got bad enough that their future in America was up in the air.

Despite successfully completing the K1 visa process and building their lives in America, things recently hit a rough patch for Zied Hakimi and Rebecca Parrott. Indeed, things got bad enough that Zied threatened to leave America and go back home without his wife.
Ultimately, the 90 Day Fiance pair settled on something of a compromise – spending a few months back in Zied’s home country before eventually returning stateside. But, even though they came back to America, many watchers wondered if there would be lingering problems in their marriage once they returned.
90 Day Fiance Celeb Starting a New Career in America – What is Zied Doing?
One of the main concerns Rebecca Parrott had when it came to bringing Zied Hakimi to America was how he would support himself – or at the very least, contribute financially to things like household bills. And based on the latest updates from the Tunisian man, it looks like he is on the right path with his brand new gig.
Zied Hakimi shared a pic in front of his work truck with his many 90 Day Fiance followers. And it turns out, this was Zied’s first day on the job as an HVAC technician – something he went to school for while in Tunisia.
And for anyone unfamiliar with what an HVAC technician does, they are in charge of testing, installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioners – whether that be in the home or for commercial operations.
Interestingly, according to the latest estimates, HVAC technicians in Georgia make anywhere from $16 to $37 per hour, roughly coming out to $33k to $62k per year. So, if nothing else, this is a great start for Zied as he begins this next chapter. And as a bonus, this career path should provide him with the experience and salary he needs to continue to thrive in America with his 90 Day Fiance wife.
