7 Little Johnstons: Jonah Johnston Struggling in Current Episodes
Despite moving out and trying to live life on his own, Jonah Johnston faces a number of setbacks this season in 7 Little Johnstons episodes. After having a taste of freedom, Jonah is back under Trent and Amber’s roof – and things haven’t been going so well for him.
As fans know, Jonah Johnston struggles with things like anxiety. And after experimenting – and having a bad experience with Delta 8 – Jonah needed help from his parents. But the vast majority of fans agree that Trent and Amber take things a little too far.
TLC Parents Confront Jonah & Girlfriend
7 Little Johnstons spoilers reveal Trent and Amber confronting Jonah and his girlfriend about text exchanges between them – setting up an incredibly awkward conversation for all involved.
Surprisingly, Jonah doesn’t seem bothered by the invasion of privacy from his parents – particularly because of everything he dealt with at that time from the bad experience he had with Delta 8.
Even so, his girlfriend isn’t as cool with it as Jonah seems to be in upcoming scenes. Understandably, Ashley suddenly feels like she is on trial, and she is left wondering what she said or could have said in the text exchanges that Jonah’s parents saw.
Amber & Trent Defend Their Behavior – Fans Not Convinced
As 7 Little Johnstons spoilers reveal, Amber and Trent see nothing wrong with going through their adult son’s phone. If nothing else, Amber says that what they found was “disappointing” as far as Jonah “making up things” like fake family functions to get out of seeing his girlfriend.
And on top of calling Jonah out, Trent and Amber throw their son under the bus about excuses he made to get out of seeing his girlfriend – which doesn’t exactly inspire warm and fuzzy feelings as everyone is sitting around the table.
Meanwhile, with all of this going down, 7 Little Johnstons fans are adamant that Amber and Trent had no business going through Jonah’s phone. Many agree that Jonah is “old enough to do what he likes”, without his parents helicoptering over his shoulder.
If nothing else, 7 Little Johnstons teasers show it’s going to be a tense sit-down between all four of them when the brand new episode airs on TLC.
