Emma sells handmade jewelry while Alex makes custom origami pieces. And it’s clear that they both have entrepreneurial minds.

As 7 Little Johnstons fans know, a big part of getting older is exploring the dating scene and dating life. And with Alex and Emma nearly adults, they seem ready to experience that side of life.
Trent and Amber Johnston have a rule that there’s no dating until their children turn 16 – which the brother and sister have. Even so, 7 Little Johnstons spoilers for the upcoming season reveal the TLC parents have a hard time giving up control. Because, they go into oldest son Jonah’s phone to read messages between him and his girlfriend. But from the looks of it, Alex and Emma are ready for their turn.
Spoilers reveal Emma accompanies Anna to the dog park to help her land a guy. And even though the outing is primarily for Anna, they both acknowledge that Emma is single too. So she may have some luck of her own after all.
7 Little Johnstons Fans Slam Amber & Trent’s Rules
Based on spoilers, many viewers don’t agree with Amber and Trent’s decision to go through Jonah’s phone and read his private messages with his girlfriend – particularly because he is an adult.
Meanwhile, fans have different opinions on the no dating until sixteen rule as well. On the one hand, some viewers think it’s a “weird rule”. Others even joke that they need to “hide” their phones from dad and delete “boyfriend messages”.
On top of that, many longtime watchers still think of Alex and Emma as “little kids”. So it’s hard for many to imagine them being ready to get out into the dating world. But, if there’s one thing for sure, it’s that whoever they bring home will need to be ready to face Amber and Trent.
