Pedro Wants to Separate from Wife Chantel

According to Pedro, separating from his wife is the “smart thing” to do. And even though Chantel doesn’t want it, she acknowledges that “begging for affection” from her husband makes her feel “pathetic”. In addition, she accuses Pedro of “ignoring” the problems in their relationship.
Pedro’s Real Estate Career to Blame?
According to many The Family Chantel watchers, most agree that the dynamic between Pedro Jimeno and Chantel Everett changed after he got into real estate. Between finding a new career and being around his co-workers, that seems to be what turned the tide in this couple’s relationship.
Meanwhile, according to Pedro Jimeno, even he agrees in spoilers that this was when things got even worse between him and his soon-to-be ex-wife. Pedro says in teasers that everything was “normal” until he started taking real estate classes, studying, and meeting people. Of course, many viewers argue that this was all part of his plan – and that Pedro pulled away from his wife as soon as he didn’t need her anymore.
