As fans of Welcome to Plathville are aware, the drama surrounding Kim and Barry Plath’s separation takes center stage in the brand-new season. Kim wants out of her marriage after decades. Furthermore, despite Barry’s wishes to save the marriage, it’s clear Kim wants out.
Kim Plath claims that her marriage to Barry isn’t fulfilling in Welcome to Plathville spoilers. According to the most recent TLC scenes, a large portion of the relationship conflict is currently falling on the Plath children to boot. And with the way things are going, many viewers don’t think it’s right to put all of these relationship woes on the children.
Barry and Kim Confront Each Other About Marriage Woes
Spoilers show Barry Plath and Kim Plath coming face to face to discuss the state of their marriage. So far this season in Welcome to Plathville episodes, the majority of the drama has stemmed from this. And in upcoming scenes, they hash things out yet again.
In spoilers, Barry Plath says that he doesn’t have “closeness” anymore – because things have “changed”. He goes on to say that even though Kim is still “here”, it’s “really lonely”.
According to Barry, his marriage to Kim is something he believed would never be “shaken”. But as viewers see, everything is shifting with their marriage on the rocks.
Welcome to Plathville: Kim Responds in Tense Scenes
Kim Plath says in spoilers that she has been “hurt too much”. And in her mind, they are “past” the point of trying to save their marriage. Based on teasers, Barry alludes to being open to things like counseling to “help”. But based on Kim’s reaction, she has a look of “done” all over her face.
Kim Plath maintains that she tried to tell Barry the things that made her unhappy over the years. And according to her, he didn’t listen. Meanwhile, in his mind, Barry believes his estranged wife is being “selfish”. But in her words, she wants to be “happy”.
If nothing else, spoilers reveal that it’s still a stalemate between Kim and Barry. And from the looks of it, it doesn’t seem like there’s any path toward reconciliation for these two.
