90 Day Fiance fans first met Tim Malcolm when he filmed scenes with Jeniffer Tarazona as part of Before the 90 Days Season 3. It didn’t take long for fans to realize that the pair were not a good match. Jeniffer believed Tim was too soft for her – and she even said it felt as though he were one of her girlfriends. Meanwhile, Jeniffer Tarazona didn’t like Tim’s close relationship with his ex, Veronica Rodriguez.
As 90 Day Fiance fans know, Jeniffer Tarazona found love with fellow TLC cast member Jesse Meester since her time filming with Tim Malcolm. And, Tim and Veronica appeared in Pillow Talk scenes. Unfortunately, Tim recently took to social media to share heartbreaking news with his fans.
TLC Celeb Shares Heartbreaking Loss
It turns out, Tim Malcolm’s “sister,” Tonda, battled a rare form of cancer. And she was featured previously on the TLC show. Meanwhile, the 90 Day Fiance celeb appeared with his brother in a short clip to tell his followers that Tonda lost her battle recently. It turns out, Tonda was his brother’s wife. So that loss is felt all around in the Malcolm household.
An understandably shaken Tim Malcolm shared the news with his 90 Day Fiance fans. And along with his brother, the pair are heartbroken by this latest loss. Meanwhile, Tim Malcolm went on to say that his brother’s wife “put up a hell of a fight”. And with the loss fresh, Tim and his brother are distraught as they grieve.
90 Day Fiance Fans Show Their Support
Tim Malcolm told his 90 Day Fiance fans that Tonda fought her battle with cancer for over two years – and he is thankful for all the kind words and well wishes pouring in during this incredibly difficult time. Meanwhile, he went on to say that he would keep his followers updated as they go forward with planning the funeral.
In addition, rather than writing him personally, Tim Malcolm encouraged his 90 Day Fiance fans to write to his brother – as he just lost his wife. Tim went on to say that Tonda was a “fighter” – and that she battled her rare form of “small cell lung cancer” for a long time before officially being diagnosed prior to quarantine.
Tim Malcolm reflected on his brother’s wife fondly, saying that she went through the majority of her chemo treatments alone due to restrictions during the pandemic. Meanwhile, he added that the love for her husband and her boys kept her going. Moreover, even while dealing with incredible grief, Tim Malcolm said he is glad that Tonda is at “peace”. And he reminded viewers that “tomorrow is never guaranteed” as condolences continue pouring in.
