90 Day Fiance fans have been following Sumit Singh and Jenny Slatten’s journey since the first season of The Other Way. And, just like the initial season, every season after that came with the same question: would Sumit finally face the music and make Jenny his wife?
And, even though 90 Day Fiance fans have been following their journey for a few years now, the pair have been together for a decade. So, Jenny and Sumit finally making it official was an event a decade in the making for these two. And, watchers finally saw the long-awaited moment in The Other Way Season 3 finale.
Jenny & Sumit Stun in Traditional Wedding Garb
Sumit and Jenny went all-out with traditional Indian wedding garb – from Jenny’s jewelry to Sumit’s shoes. And, it was clearly an emotional moment for these two – especially when you consider how long it took to get there. Moreover, not surprisingly, Sumit didn’t invite his parents to the ceremony.
Conveniently, the astrologer advised that no one else should be at the ceremony – including family and friends. But, even Jenny and Sumit were under no illusions that inviting his parents had the potential to bring a lot of drama on their big day. Meanwhile, 90 Day Fiance fans had a lot to say about Sumit and Jenny finally making it official.
Fans React to 90 Day Fiance Wedding
It’s a mixed bag when it comes to 90 Day Fiance fan reactions to Sumit and Jenny’s big day. On the one hand, many people are happy to see them finally marry after three seasons and ten years to get here. One fan even joked that Sumit made Jenny a “900 days fiance”.
Meanwhile, not all 90 Day Fiance fan reactions are positive. One TLC fan said the couple is “boring” and that they hoped this would be their last season on the network. But, as fans know, TLC has a habit of bringing couples back on Happily Ever After once they marry. So, it’ll be interesting to see if they follow that formula with these two.
Some 90 Day Fiance fans even joke that Jenny might try to have a baby now that the pair are married. And, this brings to mind Angela Deem’s “egg-toting” storyline with Michael Ilesanmi in previous seasons. Meanwhile, some watchers even suggest that Sumit might have to take on an additional younger wife in order to have children. Additionally, others are already placing bets on how long the marriage will last.
Moreover, with both positive and negative reactions coming from 90 Day Fiance fans, many simply cannot believe the marriage went through. Sumit has been criticized for years for stalling and finding different ways to put off putting a ring on it. So, a good chunk of the TLC fan base is genuinely surprised he went through with it in the end.
One TLC fan wrote: “Omgggg it’s really happening!?!!” Meanwhile, others took a “believe it when they see it” approach. And, they remained skeptical until Jenny and Sumit took the last of the seven steps – and were proclaimed husband and wife officially.

No matter what 90 Day Fiance fans have to say, Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh seem more than happy to finally be able to talk about their marriage openly now that the ceremony has aired. For quite some time, Jenny and Sumit have stayed mum on their marital status. But that’s no longer the case now that they’ve made it official.
Commenting on a 90 Day Fiance teaser for their wedding, Jenny Slatten even said that she is “crying all over again” while watching the scenes back. And, now that things are official, the TLC couple shared some additional photos from their special day. And, from the looks of it, they’re both over the moon now that they no longer have to keep their marriage a secret.
