As watchers know, Syngin Colchester currently lives in America with his 90 Day Fiance wife, Tania Maduro. It has been a few years now since he first traveled to the United States to see if he and Tania were compatible for the long haul. Meanwhile, a lot has changed since he left his home country of South Africa.

A younger Syngin sits on top of a cannon – and it looks like he doesn’t have a care in the world. Also, based on Syngin’s commentary, it looks like he wants to get back to his previous self in more ways than one.

Syngin Not Happy with COVID-19 Dad Bod?

One of the most noticeable things in Syngin Colchester’s 90 Day Fiance throwback photo is how fit he was. As watchers know, Syngin loves spending time outdoors. Meanwhile, he usually keeps himself fit and trim. But as Tania Maduro’s TLC husband said, COVID-19 certainly put the kibosh on his workout plans.

According to Syngin Colchester, the 90 Day Fiance husband packed on more than “20 pounds of dad bod”. He also went on to say that the throwback pic was long before “marriage”, “American food”, and “covid weight”. And from the looks of it, he seems to want to turn things around and get back to his old physique.

Luckily for Syngin, his brother is a personal trainer. And he added that he would start his fitness journey “very soon”. Even so, Syngin is comfortable in his skin. He told his TLC fans that he loves himself the way he is. So even though he wants to kick things back in gear as far as his fitness routine goes, he also takes a relaxed approach.

90 Day Fiance Star Adjusts Well to America

Taking the plunge to live in another country is always a big risk. And other than packing on a few extra pounds, that risk seems to have paid off for Syngin Colchester. The 90 Day Fiance pair have had their problems in the past. But they seem to be in a great place in their relationship currently.

It’s clear that Syngin misses his friends and family back home in South Africa – as well as his slimmer bod. But he seems content with the life he builds stateside with Tania Maduro. Meanwhile, he seems motivated to jumpstart his fitness routine…eventually.
